Keep the Drive received fabulous applications for the first Keep the Drive Activism Contest. Thanks to all the schools from across the country who applied. And the winner is...drum roll please...a huge congrats to Herricks High School on Long Island, N.Y.!

Herricks' students led and participated in many smart driving projects throughout their community. A few highlights included:

  • Students hung Keep the Drive bathroom posters in every bathroom of
their high school as part of a project they called "Operation Flush."
  • Created Keep the Drive commercials promoting smart driving which
aired every day during the school's morning announcements.
  • Designed a Keep the Drive mural.
  • Wrote short stories in their English classes expressing what Keep the
    Drive means to them.

Is your school doing great things to Keep the Drive? You could win!
